Everything you need to know about how we ship your order
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended.
We offer the following shipping options:
International shipping is available to select regions. Rates and delivery timeframes for international orders vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
We ship to most locations across India and to select international destinations. Certain locations — such as P.O. Box addresses or remote areas not serviced by our courier partners — may be excluded. If your location is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification containing your tracking details. You can monitor the status of your shipment at any time through our website or directly on the courier partner's tracking portal using the provided tracking number.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, customs clearance delays (for international orders), high shipment volumes during holiday seasons, or disruptions in carrier services. International shipments may require additional transit time beyond the standard estimates.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges may be levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. MakeMyDresss has no control over these fees and is unable to predict their amount. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an international order.
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@makemydresss.com with your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the damage. We will coordinate directly with the carrier to investigate and work towards a prompt resolution on your behalf.
