Refund Policy

Returns, exchanges, and how we make things right

1 Return Window & Conditions

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@makemydresss.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3 Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4 Non-Returnable Items

5 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6 European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

7 Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
